1. Information You Provide

Depending on the features you use, Paisa in&out may allow you to voluntarily provide or create information within the App. This may include:

• Your name.
• Your mobile phone number.
• An optional profile image.
• Financial and transaction information that you choose to enter into the App, including, where applicable, income records, expense records, lending records, borrowing records, amounts owed, amounts receivable, wallet information, transaction details, notes, and other related financial records.

Information that you voluntarily enter into the App is used to provide and operate the App's features and functionality.

Based on the App's current architecture, this information is intended to be stored locally on your device rather than being uploaded to or stored in a cloud database operated by Devistic Vertex.

2. Profile Images

Paisa in&out may provide an optional feature that allows you to select a profile image from your device.

If you choose to add a profile image, the image is used to provide the profile functionality within the App and is stored locally on your device.

The profile image is not intentionally uploaded by Paisa in&out to servers operated by Devistic Vertex and is not intentionally stored by Devistic Vertex in a cloud database.

You may remove or replace your profile image using the functionality available within the App.

3. Contacts Permission

Paisa in&out may request access to your device's contacts. This permission is optional and is requested to support features that allow you to select or import contact information when using relevant functionality within the App.

When you grant Contacts permission, the App may temporarily access relevant contact information, such as a contact's name or mobile phone number, for the purpose of selecting or importing a person within the applicable App feature.

Contact information accessed through the Contacts permission is not intended to be permanently stored by the App as a separate imported contacts database. Contact information may be processed temporarily while you use the relevant feature.

The App does not intentionally upload your device contacts to servers operated by Devistic Vertex.

You can control or revoke Contacts permission at any time through your device's operating system settings. If you deny or revoke Contacts permission, features that depend on contact access may not function as intended.

4. Notifications Permission

Paisa in&out may request permission to send notifications to your device.

Notifications may be used to provide reminders and transaction- related notifications associated with the information and activities you manage within the App.

Notifications may help you remember relevant financial records, reminders, or transaction-related activities that you configure or manage within Paisa in&out.

You may allow, deny, or later revoke notification permission through your device's operating system settings.

If notification permission is disabled, the App may not be able to deliver reminders or transaction notifications.

5. Local Storage and Data Processing

Paisa in&out does not require account registration, login, or account creation to use its core functionality.

The App is designed to store the information you create or enter within the App locally on your device.

Devistic Vertex does not maintain a cloud account or server-side database for storing your personal App records.

Because your App data is stored locally, Devistic Vertex does not have routine access to your locally stored records.

The security and availability of locally stored information may depend on the security, configuration, and integrity of your device and operating system.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device. We recommend using available device security features, such as a passcode, PIN, password, fingerprint authentication, or biometric authentication.

6. Data Deletion

Paisa in&out provides functionality that allows you to delete your stored App data directly within the App.

You may delete your locally stored information at any time using the available deletion functionality provided within Paisa in&out.

Because the App's primary data storage is local to your device, deletion performed within the App is intended to remove the corresponding locally stored information.

You may also uninstall Paisa in&out from your device. However, device-level deletion and backup behavior may vary depending on your operating system, device manufacturer, and device backup configuration.

7. Advertising and Google AdMob

Paisa in&out includes integration with the Google AdMob software development kit (SDK).

Based on the current configuration provided by Devistic Vertex, AdMob data collection is disabled and the App does not currently display advertisements or personalized advertisements.

Because the App's advertising configuration may change in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy if the App begins displaying advertisements or if the applicable data practices change.

If Google services are used or become active within the App, Google may process information according to its applicable terms and privacy policies.

8. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Based on the current design and configuration of Paisa in&out, Devistic Vertex does not intentionally collect or store your personal App records on its own servers.

The App does not require account registration or login.

We do not intentionally collect or store your profile images, imported contact information, or financial records on servers operated by Devistic Vertex.

The App is not designed to intentionally collect precise location information.

The App does not intentionally maintain a permanent copy of your device's contacts as a separate contact database.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures in designing and operating Paisa in&out to keep user-provided App information stored locally on the user's device rather than transmitting it to our own servers.

However, no method of electronic storage, local device storage, or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Since your App information is stored locally, you should take reasonable steps to protect your device against unauthorized access, loss, theft, or misuse.

Devistic Vertex is not responsible for unauthorized access to information resulting from the loss, theft, compromise, or unauthorized use of your device.

10. Children's Privacy

Paisa in&out is intended for a general audience, including adults and teenagers.

The App does not require users to create an account or submit personal information directly to Devistic Vertex.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through servers operated by Devistic Vertex.

11. Third-Party Services

Paisa in&out may include third-party software components and services that help provide specific functionality.

The current App configuration includes integration with the Google AdMob SDK. Based on the current configuration, AdMob data collection is disabled and advertisements are not currently displayed.

Third-party service providers may maintain their own privacy policies, terms of service, and data handling practices.

We encourage users to review the privacy policies and terms of applicable third-party providers when relevant.

If the App's third-party services or data practices change materially, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.

12. Your Privacy Choices

You have control over the information you voluntarily provide and the permissions you grant to Paisa in&out.

Depending on your device and operating system, you may:

• Choose whether to provide optional information.
• Choose whether to add an optional profile image.
• Allow or deny Contacts permission.
• Allow or deny Notifications permission.

• Delete locally stored App data using the App's available deletion functionality.
• Uninstall the App from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Paisa in&out, changes to our practices, changes to third-party services, or changes in applicable laws and regulations.

When we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the Effective Date displayed at the beginning of this document.

We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to remain informed about how Paisa in&out handles information.

Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
